Weightlifting

  • 4×4 Clean Grip Deadlift- 103% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk

Metcon: 18 minute AMRAP

  • 8 Box Facing or Lateral Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • Weighted Lunge Steps (45#/25#)
  • 7 Strict L-Sit Leg Raises

*At the beginning of class, count how many lunge steps it takes you to get from the white tape on one end of the room to the white tape on the other end of the room. This total will be how many lunge steps you will do in the WOD. Arms must be completely locked out when weight is overhead. For L-Sit Leg Raises, keep toes pointed and lift legs until you reach 90 degree angle.
